Demographics - 
	ruling class - entirely tabaxi. holds govt positions and owning property/businesses etc
	merchant	class - mixed tabaxi and others. includes merchants, guild members, etc
	peasant class - mostly other races. immigrant communities, non merchant employees such as farm hands, maintenance people, etc

Neighborhoods - 
	write something up for each neighborhood. include a bit of lore when you have time
