She grew up on whiskerton in a community of halflings who were exclusively tinkerers and merchants who sold their wares as a part of the Greenbottle Tinkerer's Guild of Whiskerton. The Guild works closely but not publicly with the theives guild there to source parts and such and so the halflings have a sort of dual upbringing in stealthy stealy and crafting.
